Weekly Reflection - Term 4 Week 1

This term we all did a timetable for our personal inquiry the main one I focused on was my Riding For The Disabled fundraiser. It went pretty well i made $ 46.50 so far I am hoping to think of some other ways to get even more because of how much they do for the children with a disability. My personal inquiry feels like a big project rather than a few weeks it feels more like a long project. I personally dont think the timetable was necessary. One of the main reasons was because they will change constantly. On Thursday we had pet day witch went pretty well I was one of the four people to run it the children seemed to enjoy the day with their animal their if they didn't have a pet their they could have a fake pet  like a rock pet of a stuffed toy, everyone really enjoyed the day it was a very fun filled jam packed day. Thank you to everyone who came and helped make this day possible. But I still think I did accomplish what i needed to this week.

Weekly Reflection - Wk 8

Week 8 was a very productive week. When we have less structure I think I can manage very well. when I am told what to do I still get it done but I think when I choose what I am going to do I am learning more skills like how to manage and prioritise my work. I make sure that all my work is set up so that I have all of the important learning done. I really enjoy having the time to choose what learning I do and When I do it. With my personal projects I have been working hard and making sure that every problem that could happen what I could do to prevent it from happening.

Reflection - Week 7

This Week was a very fun week with lots of work to be completed. This week we have been gathering in the library and having a school discussion, we talked about how we are all connected and that we can all choose to care and to trust each other. I have been connecting to others in the school. The way I have been connecting is trying to get to know the people i dont know as well as the people I hang out with most days. I think I have been trustworthy and caring for example the other day one of the junior was sitting on the playground on her own and Bridget and I went over and played games with her. Overall Week 7 was a productive week.

Weekly Reflection - Wk 6

SDL or Self Directed Learning is working well and it gives us a little more freedom to do our Personal Inquiry and other work that needs completing. I think I am still on top of things my writing I should have started earlier than what I did but I think I can get it done in time. I am defiantly at SDL trying to get lots of my Personal Inquiry done, I think I have like 3 or 4 different topics that I am doing so I have a lot of work. I think that when people chose their topic or inquiry that they wanted to do something that they have been passionate in for a long time. I know I have. I hope that wk 7 goes as good as wk 6 did.

Weekly Reflection Week 5

When something is not working for me i will normally go up to dean to ask for help. When there is an issue i will go and ask dean and clearly state what i am meaning. When something changes in class i dont just sit their confused I will accept the change and move on even if i dont like the change. To make sure I adapt to change i will ask questions and try to understand the change. To improve my communication i could try asking someone if they understand what i mean if i ask them a question.

Weekly Reflection - Week 4

Things are defiantly chaining at Lake Brunner we said our final goodbyes to Mrs Gibson and said Our first Hello to our new principal Shirley. I think that the school is going to have a change the change is  for the best. I think that the school is going to be very different in more ways than one. I will still be on task and get everything done.

Weekly Reflection - Week 3

Week 3 went really fast but i thought i was on top of things. I got all the Must Do Done. My Trello Planning was going good, i always have the Trello tab open and always check to see my priority's. I am using my time wisely and i can tell that because all the must dos are completed. next week my priority's will be Writing my little Red riding hood story and my Personal Inquiry with Bridget.

Weekly Reflection - Wk 2

 I got a lot of work done, I think I am getting into the groove of what I did last term just getting work done as much as possible. I think that week one was better than lat week I got more stuff done. my highlight this week was doing my personal project and my scratch.
